What is the minimum order quantity?
Brand models can be ordered from one unit as a sample. Wholesale price tiers start at the quantity shown on each model page. OEM and ODM projects have their own MOQ, which we confirm in the quote.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM changes logo, color, packaging and specification on an existing model. ODM develops a new exterior, frame or folding structure. Both start with the inquiry form.
How do I pay?
Small orders pay by card or PayPal at checkout. Wholesale and OEM orders use a deposit and bank transfer, with exact terms in the written quote.
Which shipping terms do you quote?
We quote FOB, CIF and DDP on request, for sea, air and express shipments.
Can you help with certification?
Tell us the destination market. We confirm which standards apply, such as UL 2849 and UL 2271 for North America or GCC conformity for Gulf countries, and which documents are available for the model.
How long does an OEM or ODM project take?
OEM projects are shorter because the platform exists. ODM needs design, prototype and testing. We give a timeline after reviewing your brief.
